Directions:

From Kailua-Kona (approx drive time- 1 hr 15 min):

1. Take HI-19/Queen Kaahumanu Hwy North towards Kawaihae (approx 32 miles)

2. When you reach the stop sign at the end of the highway, turn left onto HI-270/Kawaihae-Mahukona Rd (approx 1 mile)

3. Turn right to stay on HI-270/Kawaihae-Mahukona Rd-if you do not turn, the road will just take you to the harbor, and you can turn around (approx 21 miles)

4. Pass through Hawi and continue into Kapaau, the drive way to the dojo is on the left side of the street, and doubles back to go up a hill, it is directly across from Sunshine Hardware

From Hilo (approx drive time - 2 hr 15 min):

1. Take Hawaii Belt Rd/HI-19/Mamalahoa Hwy North towards Honoka'a (approx 55 miles)

2. When you reach Waimea, turn right at HI-19/Lindsey Rd, just after the shell gas station. Bear left to stay on the main road (approx 2 miles)

3. Stay right to get onto HI-250/Kohala Mountain Rd

(approx 18 miles)

4. Stay straight onto Kynnersley (approx 2.5 miles)

5. Turn right onto Hawi-Niulii Rd/HI-270/Mahukona-Niulii Rd at stop sign. (Approx 0.7 miles)

6. The drive way to the dojo is on the left side of the street, and doubles back to go up a hill, it is directly across from Sunshine Hardware
